Dankzij onze sterke groei in België zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Projectleider Saneringen die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor de volledige opvolging van saneringsprojecten, van studie tot uitvoering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, overheden en partners.

Senior Projectleider Saneringen

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de uitvoering van bodemsaneringsprojecten van A tot Z: van offertefase, rapportering tot eindoplevering.
  • Je stelt bodemsaneringsprojecten, verslagen en tussentijdse rapporten op en zorgt voor de kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Je stuurt projectteams aan (junior projectleiders, veldwerkers, technische partners) en ondersteunt hen bij inhoudelijke en administratieve taken.
  • Je beheert de planning, budgetten en het financieel projectmanagement en rapporteert aan het management.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van veldwerk en volgt de begeleiding van saneringen op, indien nodig ook ter plaatse.
  • Je onderhoudt een nauw contact met klanten, aannemers en overheden, en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van de geldende wetgeving (Bodemdecreet, Vlarebo, Vlarem …) en draagt bij aan de verdere kennisontwikkeling binnen het team.
  • Je beschikt idealiter over een Masterdiploma in Geologie, (Bio-)Ingenieurswetenschappen of Industriële Wetenschappen, en hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring met bodemsaneringsprojecten.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van de bodemwetgeving (Bodemdecreet, Vlarebo, Vlarem) en bent vertrouwd met de verschillende fasen van saneringsprojecten: van studie en veldwerk tot uitvoering en rapportering.
  • Collega’s en klanten kennen jou als een sterke communicator en teamspeler, die met enthousiasme en proactieve houding verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht bewaart.
  • Je combineert een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak met uitstekende timemanagementvaardigheden, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je kan je flexibel en klantgericht opstellen en schakelt vlot tussen operationele details en strategische projectcoördinatie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale toepassingen (bv. QGIS, dataverwerking, rapportagetools); extra talenkennis (bv. Engels of Frans) is een pluspunt.
