Als Senior Projectleider Stedelijk Gebied ben jij dé schakel tussen klanten, stakeholders en het projectteam. Met jouw ruime ervaring in de civiele techniek leid je complexe stedelijke ontwikkelingsprojecten van initiatief tot oplevering. Je bewaakt daarbij het overzicht en stuurt op kwaliteit, samenwerking en resultaat. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coördineren van multidisciplinaire projectteams; - Verantwoordelijk voor de algehele projectbeheersing (planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico’s); - Leiden van projecten vanaf de initiatieffase tot en met de oplevering; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en interne collega’s; - Vertalen van wensen en eisen van belanghebbenden naar concrete en haalbare oplossingen; - Signaleren en toepassen van innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen binnen projecten; - Actief inspelen op actuele ontwikkelingen en trends binnen het vakgebied.
