Als waterleverancier van bijna zes miljoen klanten zijn we continu bezig met het vernieuwen, uitbouwen en renoveren van onze drinkwaterinfrastructuur. Deels ligt die onder de grond, maar ook boven het maaiveld hebben we belangrijke installaties. Bij het team Projecten krijg jij de leiding over renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten van (onderdelen van) zuiveringsinstallaties en pompstations. De projecten waar je in deze functie leiding aan geeft hebben een financiële omvang tot ongeveer 2 miljoen euro. Je stuurt meerdere projectteams aan, die je stimuleert om resultaatgericht samen te werken met onze interne en externe partners. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je draagt bij aan iets belangrijks: Iedere dag 1 miljard liter drinkwater van topkwaliteit winnen, zuiveren en leveren. Elke druppel telt! Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat Bij Vitens zit veel kennis over waterinfrastructuur, waardoor we in onze projecten de regierol kunnen pakken. Je maakt hierbij als senior projectleider gebruik van de expertise van onze eigen engineers, de planvormers van de afdeling Asset Management (jouw interne opdrachtgever) en de technische specialisten van de afdeling Drinkwateroperatie. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met onze externe partners: ingenieursbureaus, leveranciers en aannemers. Jouw concrete taken zijn: - projectbeheersing op de aspecten tijd, budget en scope; - analyse van projectrisico's en tijdig ingrijpen om deze in te perken; - aansturen van projectteams, stimuleren van zelfstandigheid; - teamleden motiveren, coachen en zo nodig aanspreken op de kwaliteit van hun inzet.
