Je zorgt voor de efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen en bewaakt de veiligheid. Je coördineert de samenwerking met je team, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en stuurt bij waar nodig. In de voorbereidende fase coördineer je de inkoop, stel je ramingen op en zoek je technische oplossingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de projecten binnen het budget en de kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Daarnaast controleer je werktekeningen, zorg je voor duidelijke contractvorming en begeleid je de uitvoerder of vakmannen. Je bent het gezicht van de afdeling Verbouw & Onderhoud bij contacten met (potentiële) opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een eigen klantenportefeuille, het opstellen van offertes en het coördineren van werkzaamheden.
