Functieomschrijving - Managen van complexe ruimtelijke projecten van projectplan tot uitvoering en oplevering. - Coördineren en beheersen van projecten op het gebied van duurzaamheid, risico, budget, organisatie, planning, informatie, communicatie en kwaliteit. - Leiden van projecten vanuit het proces. - Realiseren van integrale oplossingen binnen complexe en politiek-bestuurlijke ruimtelijke projecten. - Aansturen van zelfstandige projectteams met inhoudelijke experts, externen en samenwerkingspartners. - Beslissingen nemen in het belang van het project. - Begeleiden van junior en medior projectmanagers bij deelprojecten of thema's. - Samenwerken met bewoners, ondernemers, maatschappelijke organisaties, het college, de gemeenteraad en belangengroepen. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk Eindhoven ontwikkelt zich volop tot een aantrekkelijke, bereikbare en leefbare stad voor huidige en toekomstige generaties. In deze rol werk je aan BIC Noord: een gebied van circa 100 hectare met ruimte voor duizenden arbeidsplaatsen, hoogwaardige werklocaties, mobiliteitsopgaven en openbare ruimte. Binnen dit project komen economische groei, innovatie, mobiliteit, duurzaamheid en ruimtelijke kwaliteit samen. Je werkt samen met collega-projectmanagers, inhoudelijke experts, interne en externe samenwerkingspartners, bewoners, ondernemers, maatschappelijke organisaties, het college, de gemeenteraad en diverse belangengroepen. Als senior projectmanager geef je richting aan een complexe gebiedsontwikkeling met grote impact op Eindhoven en de Brainportregio. Functie eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- en/of wo-opleiding. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ruime en relevante werkervaring als projectmanager van ruimtelijke projecten. - Je hebt aantoonbaar alle fasen van een ruimtelijk project doorlopen. - Je hebt kennis van het projectmanagement...
