Projectmanager Gielissen is een wereldspeler in de internationale standbouw, interieurbouw en evenementenindustrie met award-winning stands voor bekende merken en internationale agencies. Als projectmanager bij Gielissen ben jij de drijvende kracht van het projectteam en verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van uitdagende internationale projecten.

Wat ga je doen? Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat jouw klant gedurende het uitvoeringstraject een onbezorgde voorbereiding naar het evenement heeft. Je informeert je klant proactief, stuurt aan op deadlines en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je houdt daarbij alle ballen in de lucht zonder daarbij het overzicht te verliezen. Geen vraag is jou te gek, je gaat direct over tot actie waarbij je graag uit je comfortzone stapt.

Dit alles uiteraard wel binnen het gestelde budget, jij bent de bewaker van de pot. Samen met de calculator, werkvoorbereider, planner en productie ga je op zoek naar de beste oplossingen, het hoogste rendement en mooiste resultaat waarbij je jouw teamleden motiveert het beste uit zichzelf te halen.On site ben je de regisseur van de opbouw. Samen met de uitvoerder stuur je de teams aan, houd je de planning bij en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor je klant.

Zodra het werklicht uit gaat en de showlichten aan draag je het stokje over aan jouw klant. Jouw werk zit er bijna op. Wat volgt is de administratieve afhandeling en evaluatie van het project, minder spannend maar niet minder belangrijk. Welke “learnings” kunnen wij meenemen uit dit project zodat we het volgende nog beter kunnen doen?
