  • Je neemt de volledige opvolging van glasprojecten op van A tot Z: van voorbereiding en planning tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg.
  • Je streeft steeds naar hoge kwaliteit, een efficiënte aanpak en tevreden klanten.
  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse werking op de werf aan en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor plaatsingsteams en monteurs.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert mensen, materialen en middelen en speelt proactief in op mogelijke uitdagingen.
  • Je beheert de projectadministratie en stelt werk- en vorderingsstaten op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je organiseert en volgt werfbezoeken en vergaderingen op in samenwerking met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit in elke fase van het project en voert gerichte controles uit.
  • Je vertaalt vaststellingen naar duidelijke rapporten en concrete verbeteracties.

Dit is jouw profiel:

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet je makkelijk aan te passen aan verschillende mensen en omstandigheden.
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent assertief en weet je standpunt duidelijk en respectvol over te brengen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede pc-kennis (Outlook, Excel).
  • Kennis van Autocad, Revit of Tekla is geen vereiste maar zeker een troef.
  • Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal. Kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
