Ben jij een expert in het leiden van grote investerings- en automatiseringsprojecten en het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams in een 24/7 industriële of logistieke omgeving? Krijg je energie van complexe projecten, van infrastructuur en heavy equipment tot IT-integratie, in een dynamische omgeving waar strategisch inzicht, operationele continuïteit en hands-on leiderschap samenkomen?

Voor de investeringen ga jij als ervaren Project Manager, die direct inzetbaar is om deze complexe uitdagingen in goede banen te leiden.

Als onmisbare ondersteuning:

  • Maak je directe impact op een 24/7 operatie: Een dragende rol binnen een dynamische haven- of logistieke omgeving waar jouw leiderschap direct bijdraagt aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en tijdige oplevering van kritieke projecten.
  • Begrijp je snel complexe en veelzijdige technologische uitdaging: De kans om een brede waaier aan projecten te beheren, gaande van zware CAPEX-investeringen (infrastructuur, equipment) tot verregaande automatiserings- en IT-integratieprojecten.
  • krijg je eigenaarschap en strategisch overzicht: Een senior rol met een hoge mate van autonomie waarin je voortdurend de perfecte balans weet te houden tussen scope, budget, risico’s en de operationele continuïteit van onze terminalprocessen. De verantwoordelijkheden die je draagt en taken die jij aanpakt: Opstellen en opvolgen van projectplanning, scope, mijlpalen, budgetten, risicoanalyses en resources Aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en coördineren van de uitvoering met minimale impact op de dagelijkse operaties Verzorgen van contract- en leveranciersmanagement (aanbestedingen, offertes, onderhandelingen) en toezien op kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieunormen Beheren en rapporteren van projectbudgetten, proactief mitigeren van risico's en onderhouden van stakeholderrelaties met oog op een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de operationele organisatie

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, met minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een industriële/technische omgeving
  • Sterke kennis en expertise in projectmanagementmethodieken en -tools (Prince2, PMI, MS Project) en van meerdere technische disciplines.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, met vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een pluspunt)
