Senior Projectmanager ICT Infrastructuur / Werkplekdiensten - DICTU favorite_border Functie Functietitel: Senior ICT Projectmanager Infrastructuur Opdrachtomschrijving Voor een hoogbeveiligde ICT-omgeving begeleid je de organisatie bij besluitvorming en voortgang rondom complexe ICT-projecten. Je richt je op infrastructurele vraagstukken en waardeketens en zorgt voor een gestructureerde inrichting en aansturing van projecten. Je bewaakt voortgang, samenhang en resultaten en schakelt continu tussen management, (eind)gebruikers en operationele technische teams. Het doel is projecten daadwerkelijk tot resultaat te brengen en betrokken klanten zo veel mogelijk te ontzorgen. Wat je doet - Opzetten en aansturen van infrastructurele ICT-projecten. - Bewaken van voortgang, samenhang en projectresultaten. - Faciliteren van besluitvorming en afstemming tussen stakeholders. - Vertalen van managementdoelen naar uitvoerbare projectplannen. - Samenwerken met operationele technische teams en eindgebruikers om klantontzorging te realiseren. Vereisten - Geldige screening van minimaal VGB-B (AIVD). - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement van infrastructurele ICT-projecten binnen de Rijksoverheid. - Aantoonbare ervaring met werken binnen een hoogbeveiligde omgeving en binnen een organisatie in beweging en een politiek-bestuurlijk krachtenveld. - Aantoonbare ervaring met infrastructurele vraagstukken en met waardeketens. - Ervaring met projecten gericht op voortgang en het ontzorgen van klanten, inclusief schakelen tussen management, (eind)gebruikers en technische teams. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het realiseren van resultaten binnen complexe organisaties en het gestructureerd opzetten en aansturen van projecten. - Minimaal 4 dagen per week fysiek beschikbaar in Den Haag; thuiswerken is binnen deze opdracht niet mogelijk.
