All About Work Senior Projectmanager Infra - Ruimtelijke Hoofdstructuur 't Zoet Breda Over de functie SRQ174109 Je gaat aan de slag als senior projectmanager voor de ruimtelijke hoofdstructuur van fase 1 van 't Zoet, een grootschalige binnenstedelijke gebiedsontwikkeling in Breda. In deze opdracht werk je aan de integrale voorbereiding, programmering en besluitvorming van infrastructurele maatregelen en de openbare ruimte. Je stuurt zelfstandig op resultaat en zorgt ervoor dat complexe opgaven besluitrijp worden gemaakt binnen heldere kaders, mijlpalen en opleverdata. Je beweegt je daarbij in een bestuurlijke en multidisciplinaire omgeving met veel interne en externe stakeholders. Je levert een inhoudelijke en coördinerende bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van een hoogstedelijk woon-werkgebied met woningen, werkgelegenheid, voorzieningen, cultuur, groen, water, mobiliteit en openbare ruimte. Daarbij verbind je strategische keuzes aan uitvoerbare plannen, financiële consequenties en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Wat ga je doen - Je coördineert, organiseert, werkt uit en maakt de ruimtelijke hoofdstructuur van fase 1 van 't Zoet besluitrijp. - Je programmeert integraal de infrastructurele en openbare-ruimtemaatregelen binnen fase 1. - Je bereidt infrastructurele maatregelen voor, waaronder HOV en hoofdfietsinfrastructuur, de spooronderdoorgang Smederijstraat, bruggen over de Mark, kruispunt Lunetstraat, Golden Mile, Markkade en tijdelijke ontsluitingsmaatregelen. - Je bereidt maatregelen voor op het gebied van Urban Park, Cascade / Zoete Stroom, Havenpark, kades en boulevard, ecologische verbindingszone, spoorlandschap, innovatie-as, Belcrumweg en overige bereikbaarheids-, water-, groen- en ecologiemaatregelen. - Je analyseert en actualiseert bestaande onderzoeken, plannen, ramingen en uitgangspunten. - Je stelt integrale beslispakketten op inclusief keuzes, afhankelijkheden, risico's en financiële consequenties. - Je ontwikkelt en bew...
