Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor complexe huisvestingsprojecten bij maatschappelijke organisaties en stuurt het volledige proces van vraagstelling tot oplevering. - Regisseren van renovaties, nieuwbouw en herhuisvestingstrajecten; - Aansturing van adviseurs, aannemers en stakeholders; - Vertalen van organisatievraagstukken naar concrete huisvestingsoplossingen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit.
