Dit vraagt om excellente projectmanagers die deze complexiteit weten te beheersen en zorgen voor een constructieve samenwerking tussen betrokken partijen. Flux Partners bouwt aan een gespecialiseerd team van projectmanagers bouw en vastgoed. Hierbij bouwen wij voort op de kennis, ervaring, processen en systemen van Integraal Projectmanagement, zoals Flux Partners deze hebben ontwikkeld in de infra en energiesector. Bouw jij met ons mee aan dit team? Als Senior Projectmanager Vastgoed bij Flux Partners ben jij het aanspreekpunt namens de opdrachtgever of opdrachtnemer en voer je de regie over het gehele project. Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgever, (onder)aannemers, ontwerpende partijen en andere adviseurs om het project succesvol te realiseren en de ambities van onze klanten waar te maken. Je bewaakt scherp de voortgang van het project op planning, financiën, kwaliteit en risico's, en je zorgt dat alle betrokken disciplines op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van de binnen Flux ontwikkelde methoden voor projectbeheersing. Je selecteert en contracteert de juiste partijen, al dan niet via een Europese Aanbesteding, bewaakt het Programma van Eisen en zorgt voor tijdige en heldere rapportage aan je opdrachtgever. Duurzaamheid en innovatie staan hoog op jouw agenda: jij weet als geen ander hoe je ambities op dit vlak vertaalt naar concrete, haalbare projectkeuzes. Voor het projectteam ben jij de verbindende schakel die overzicht houdt en tegelijk in staat is om snel te schakelen als het nodig is. Naast de 'harde' aspecten van projectmanagement heb je oog voor de 'zachte' kant van samenwerking tussen personen en partijen. Je onderkent het belang van een goede samenwerking en weet op de juiste wijze te interveniëren wanneer samenwerking niet optima...
