Als senior projectondersteuner bij Rijkswaterstaat in Haarlem breng je overzicht in projecten voor wegen, vaarwegen en tunnels. Wat ga je doen? Als senior projectondersteuner ondersteun je onderhoudsprojecten voor wegen, vaarwegen en tunnels in West-Nederland Noord. Je zorgt dat het projectteam goed voorbereid verder kan. Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor informatie en advies. Je brengt de belangrijkste informatie uit overleggen samen, zet afspraken om in acties en denkt mee over betere ondersteuning. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je plant en bereidt projectoverleggen en overleggen met bestuurders of ambtenaren voor. Daarbij houd je rekening met de belangen van de deelnemers. - Je maakt agenda's en schrijft korte verslagen waarin je de belangrijkste informatie duidelijk samenvat. - Je houdt actie- en besluitenlijsten bij en bewaakt welke afspraken nog openstaan. - Je bekijkt samen met de projectmanager en manager projectbeheersing welke overleggen nodig zijn en waar deze elkaar overlappen. - Je houdt overzichten voor het projectteam actueel en stelt verbeteringen voor. - Je organiseert bijeenkomsten en evenementen en regelt andere praktische zaken voor het team. - Je verstuurt e-mails en beheert documenten in SharePoint en Connect 3.0. Je werkt 36 uur per week van 13 juli 2026 tot en met 12 juli 2027. Er is kans op verlenging. Je werkt deels thuis en deels op kantoor in Haarlem. Jouw team heeft 2 of 3 vaste kantoordagen. Op deze dagen ben je op kantoor. Je werkt meestal voor één team of project. Bij ziekte, verlof of extra drukte kun je tijdelijk een ander team ondersteunen. Wie ben jij?
