  • Grote HVAC- en sanitaire projecten vroegtijdig detecteren en in kaart brengen wie de belangrijkste beïnvloeders en beslissers zijn.
  • Dankzij uw kennis van de markt en uw netwerk tijdig aan tafel raken bij opdrachtgevers, aannemers, projectontwikkelaars, architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Aventi proactief positioneren vóór oplossingen, uitvoerende partners en lastenboeken definitief vastliggen.
  • Duurzame relaties uitbouwen met de verschillende spelers binnen dit ecosysteem en deze doelgericht inzetten om nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren.
  • Klanten en partners adviseren en overtuigen van de technische, commerciële enorganisatorische meerwaarde van Aventi.
  • Commerciële trajecten sturen vanaf de eerste opportuniteit tot en met de gunning en offertes consequent opvolgen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het interne calculatieteam om commerciële kansen te vertalen naar sterke en haalbare voorstellen.
  • Rapporteren aan de algemeen directeur en actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van Aventi binnen de projectmarkt.
  • Een stevige commerciële ervaring met grotere projecten binnen HVAC, sanitair, bouwtechnieken of de bredere bouwsector vormt de basis.
  • De dynamiek van de projectmarkt kent weinig geheimen: u begrijpt hoe opdrachtgevers, aannemers, ontwikkelaars, architecten en studiebureaus elkaar beïnvloeden.
  • Ondernemend en proactief ingesteld: wachten tot een lastenboek verschijnt past niet bij uw manier van verkopen.
  • Commerciële overtuigingskracht gaat samen met voldoende technische affiniteit om ook inhoudelijk geloofwaardig te zijn.
  • Een relevant netwerk binnen aannemers, projectontwikkelaars, architecten en studiebureaus is een belangrijke troef.
  • Vertrouwen opbouwen, relaties onderhouden en tegelijk resultaat boeken gaan voor u hand in hand.
