Je coördineert technische en organisatorische voorbereidingen, neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en werkt nauw samen met projectteams. Functieomschrijving Als Senior Projectvoorbereider ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van middelgrote tot grootschalige bouwprojecten. Jij ziet al in een vroeg stadium kansen en knelpunten, waardoor je het verschil maakt op technisch, organisatorisch en strategisch vlak. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en voorkeuren werk je aan nieuwbouw- of bestaande bouwprojecten. Je krijgt volop ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en projecten vanaf de eerste fase strak neer te zetten. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het zelfstandig nemen van belangrijke beslissingen, het coördineren van de voorbereiding met projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers, en het optimaliseren van projectplanningen. Je stemt af op BIM-modellen en engineering, beoordeelt tekeningen en documenten op maakbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid, en signaleert tijdig risico's en knelpunten. Je ondersteunt je team met advies en richtinggevende inzichten, zodat ieder project vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Wil jij jouw kennis en ervaring inzetten om projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen?
