Als Senior Projectvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van luxe woning- en villaprojecten. Je bezoekt projectlocaties, signaleert kansen en risico's en zet aanvragen voor nutsaansluitingen tijdig in gang. Je schakelt externe partijen in waar nodig, helpt bij de kostencalculatie en bewaakt continu de haalbaarheid van het project. Daarnaast neem je deel aan projectoverleggen en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. In de voorbereidende fase ben jij hét aanspreekpunt en de verbindende schakel die zorgt dat projecten soepel van start gaan. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Bezoeken van projectlocaties en signaleren van kansen en risico's. - Opstarten van aanvragen voor nutsaansluitingen. - Schakelen met externe partijen waar nodig. - Assisteren bij kostencalculatie en bewaken van de projecthaalbaarheid. - Deelnemen aan projectoverleggen en zorgen voor afstemming tussen alle partijen. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en schakel voor alle betrokkenen in de voorbereidende fase. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider of uitvoerder. - Ervaring in villabouw is een pré. - MBO+ / HBO diploma in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch vermogen. - Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en stressbestendige houding.
