Je komt terecht in een technisch uitvoeringsbureau binnen de bouwsector, waar elk project start met een doordacht dossier. Vanuit projecten in de regio Ieper en Nieuwpoort werk je mee aan correcte plannen, heldere budgettering en een vlotte voorbereiding richting uitvoering. Projectvoorbereiding is hier geen administratieve stap, maar een belangrijke schakel in kwaliteit, budgetbeheersing en efficiënte uitvoering.

Jouw functie

Als Senior Projectvoorbereider Bouw zorg je ervoor dat projecten in Ieper en Nieuwpoort technisch, financieel en organisatorisch klaar zijn voor uitvoering. Je vormt de schakel tussen plannen, budgettering, offertevoorbereiding en overdracht naar de projectcoördinator.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Plannen van architecten en ontwerpers analyseert en vertaalt naar een bruikbaar projectdossier.
  • Meetstaten en budgetteringen opstelt met oog voor volledigheid en haalbaarheid.
  • Offertes inhoudelijk voorbereidt op basis van plannen, hoeveelheden en prijsinformatie.
  • Prijsaanvragen uitstuurt naar onderaannemers en deze nauwgezet opvolgt.
  • Inkomende prijzen verwerkt, vergelijkt en voorbereidt voor analyse.
  • Toewijzingen opmaakt en duidelijk communiceert naar onderaannemers.
  • Het dossier zorgvuldig overdraagt aan de projectcoördinator, zodat de uitvoering vlot kan starten.
  • Indien gewenst ook betrokken wordt bij opmetingen en het opmaken van plannen.

Je bent een ervaren bouwprofiel dat houdt van technische inhoud, correcte cijfers en goed opgebouwde dossiers. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en communiceert helder met collega’s en onderaannemers.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in projectvoorbereiding, calculatie of werkvoorbereiding.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch inzicht en kan bouwplannen correct interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met meetstaten, budgetten, offertes en prijsvergelijkingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers zelfstandig op.
  • Je werkt graag samen en deelt informatie duidelijk met het team.
  • Je bent bereid om betrokken te zijn bij projecten in Ieper en Nieuwpoort.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met tekenwerk of opmetingen is een pluspunt.
