Leite internationale Anlagenbauprojekte, führe interkulturelle Projektteams und übernimm Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine - spannende Aufgaben in einem globalen Umfeld!

Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

* Verantwortung für das Management internationaler Anlagenbauprojekte im Bereich Großprojekte sowie Führung eines interkulturellen Teams

* Zeitliche Planung der Projekte und Überwachung der Terminpläne für alle Projektphasen, einschließlich Engineering und Lieferung

* Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminverfolgung über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit

* Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen für alle projektrelevanten Erfordernisse

* Verantwortung für Nachtragsmanagement, Claims, Vertragskorrespondenz etc.

* Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management sowie Kundenkommunikation

Dein Profil - das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau o.ä.

* Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Anlagenbauprojekten im internationalen Umfeld, ggf. Joint-Venture Konstellationen

* Fundiertes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit vertragsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams

* Zertifizierungen wie PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 oder FIDIC von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse zu Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools wie z.B. MS Project

* Hohes Maß an Selbstverantwortung und Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungskraft

* ca. 20% Reisebereitschaft, vorwiegend international

* Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Englisch
