Als Senior Proposition Manager UCC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategie, roadmap en doorontwikkeling van het UCC-deel van het Enterprise-portfolio. Deze rol valt binnen het UCC-team: Unified Communications & Collaboration . Binnen dit team werken we aan oplossingen waarmee grootzakelijke klanten slimmer communiceren, samenwerken en bereikbaar blijven. Denk aan proposities rondom zakelijke communicatie, samenwerkingstools, telefonie, integraties en partneroplossingen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de strategie, roadmap en doorontwikkeling van dit deel van het Enterprise-portfolio. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe concepten en verbetert bestaande proposities op basis van datagedreven inzichten uit klanten, sales en marktontwikkelingen. Deze vertaal je naar sterke waardeproposities die aansluiten bij klantbehoeften én bijdragen aan de commerciële doelen van het Enterprise-cluster. In deze rol heb je end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor complexe propositieontwikkelprojecten: van idee en businesscase tot ontwikkeling, lancering en doorontwikkeling. Je leidt multifunctionele teams, werkt samen met stakeholders binnen en buiten het B2B/Enterprise-cluster en stemt waar nodig af met externe partners. Daarmee ben jij degene die overzicht houdt, keuzes scherp maakt en zorgt dat het UCC-portfolio relevant, onderscheidend en commercieel succesvol blijft. Binnen het UCC-team zorg jij ervoor dat Odido beschikt over een sterk en toekomstbestendig portfolio voor grootzakelijke klanten.
