NL Senior QA-Engineer - Fintech Vast 75k Zoek jij een nieuwe functie als QA Engineer en ben je degene die testautomatisering en AI naar een volgend niveau brengt? Dan zou deze vacature in de regio van Eindhoven zomaar iets voor jou kunnen zijn! Het Bedrijf Deze organisatie is 20 jaar geleden begonnen door een 16-jarige op (jawel) een zolderkamer en inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een organisatie met een kantoor in Portugal en een team van 25 mensen in Nederland die zo goed als heel MKB Nederland bedienen. Ze bedienen tienduizenden ondernemers en 1000 accountants en administratiekantoren. Wat begon als het oplossen van een simpel probleem is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een SaaS-product waar veel ondernemers afhankelijk van zijn en ze zijn onlangs onderdeel geworden van een van de grootste boekhoudpakketten in Europa. Niet slecht al zeg ik het zelf. In tegenstelling tot de meeste bedrijven is hun groei de afgelopen jaren gestaag gegaan. Steeds een klein beetje, het is namelijk een bewuste keuze geweest om het klein te houden. Maar door AI gaat development inmiddels een stuk sneller dan voorheen. Dagelijks komen er 30 tot 40 tickets binnen die getest moeten worden en QA is daardoor een bottleneck aan het worden. Tijd dus voor een senior QA Engineer die hier in Nederland de kwaliteit van het product naar een volgend niveau tilt. De Functie Je wordt de eerste QA Engineer in Nederland en komt in het team van de development lead te zitten, samen met 4 developers in Nederland en 5 in Portugal. In Portugal zitten twee ervaren QA Engineers die al jaren aan het product werken, maar nog veel handmatig testen. Het is aan jou om samen met hen de QA van handmatig naar geautomatiseerd en AI-gedreven te brengen. Je doet dat op de volgende manieren: - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het product: werkt het zoals het moet en werkt het ook lekker voor de klant; - Nauw samenwerken met de Product Owner om te bepalen wat er getest moet worden en wanneer ...
