Samen leveren we innovatieve digitale transformatieoplossingen voor diverse sectoren wereldwijd. We zijn op zoek naar ervaren Quality & Compliance Consultants om ons team te versterken bij diverse projecten in de Life Sciences sector. In deze sector spelen strikte richtlijnen en goede praktijken (GxP) een cruciale rol om de veiligheid van patiënten en de kwaliteit van producten te waarborgen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze regelgeving correct wordt toegepast op kritische systemen en processen. Onze consultants werken aan complianceprojecten binnen IT, maar ondersteunen ook andere afdelingen of vervullen operationele rollen. Wat ons team uniek maakt, is de combinatie van wetenschappelijke expertise en interesse of ervaring in IT binnen de Life Sciences sector.

  • Als Quality & Compliance Consultant speel je een sleutelrol in het succes van onze projecten. Je staat in voor de planning, coördinatie, implementatie en rapportering van projecten rond Computer Systeem Validatie (CSV), QA/QC en IT-compliance. Je levert kwalitatief hoogstaande documentatie aan volgens de geldende richtlijnen en regelgeving.
  • Je voert assessments, gap- en risicoanalyses uit en vertaalt je bevindingen moeiteloos naar concrete verbeterplannen.
  • Je bent een drijvende kracht achter (proces)verbeteringen op het gebied van CSV, kwaliteit en compliance, waarbij je altijd een risico-gebaseerde aanpak hanteert en de efficiëntie verhoogt.
  • Daarnaast ontwerp je compliance strategieën, frameworks en methodologieën, en geef je klanten waardevol advies en begeleiding.
  • Met jouw ervaring inspireer en coach je junior collega’s om hun volledige potentieel te bereiken, en draag je bij aan de groei van ons team.

Profiel

  • Sterke wetenschappelijke basis: Je hebt een diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting, zoals (bio)chemie, biomedische wetenschappen, of bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, of je biedt relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in compliance: We willen graag minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in compliance binnen de Life Sciences sector.
  • Grondige kennis van regelgeving: Je bent thuis in wet- en regelgeving zoals GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 en GAMP5. Extra kennis van ISO-normen (9001, 27001) is mooi meegenomen.
  • Focus op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid: Jij combineert een sterke werkethiek met flexibiliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Je komt afspraken stipt na en stelt kwaliteit altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Projectmanagementvaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met het managen van projecten en weet hoe je doelen effectief bereikt binnen gestelde deadlines.
  • Strategisch en oplossingsgericht: Met je analytische vaardigheden en strategische mindset weet je complexe klantbehoeften te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en actiepunten.
  • Sterke communicator en teamplayer: Je werkt graag samen, maar functioneert ook prima zelfstandig. Met je communicatieve vaardigheden breng je jouw ideeën helder over, zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands, en eventueel ook in het Frans.
