Senior Quality Engineer Kerkrade Korte omschrijving Ben jij een ervaren Quality Engineer met een achtergrond in de automotive industrie en wil je betrokken zijn bij nieuwe projecten vanaf de eerste klantaanvraag tot aan serieproductie? Als Senior Quality Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in het borgen van kwaliteit gedurende het volledige ontwikkelings- en industrialisatieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Projectmanagement, Engineering, Operations en klanten en zorgt ervoor dat processen en producten voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en klanteisen. Functie omschrijving - Opstellen en onderhouden van PFMEA's, Control Plans en PPAP-documentatie; - Ondersteunen van kwaliteitsborging binnen assemblage- en stansprocessen; - Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van SPC-, MSA- en proces capability-activiteiten; - Ondersteunen van industrialisatie, procesverbeteringen en productieopstarts; - Uitvoeren van proces- en kwaliteitssysteemaudits; - Coördineren van 8D-trajecten en Root Cause Analyses bij complexe kwaliteitsproblemen; - Bewaken van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA); - Ondersteunen bij klantescalaties, audits, gate reviews en SOP-goedkeuringen; - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega's binnen de Quality-afdeling; - Deelnemen aan klantgesprekken, projectreviews en audits. - Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen van IATF 16949 en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, projectorganisatie en productie. Functie eisen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Engineering, Automotive, Werktuigbouwkunde of Quality; - Ervaring als Quality Engineer of Senior Quality Engineer binnen een automotive productieomgeving; - Goede kennis van IATF 16949; - Ervaring met APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC en MSA; - Ervaring met 8D-methodieken, Root Cause Analysis en CAPA; - Ervaring met projectmatig werken binnen New Business en/of industrialisatie is een pré; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om...
