De organisatie combineert een rijke traditie met moderne technologie en innovatieve productieprocessen.De Belgische site is een belangrijke productiehub en behoort tot de grootste binnen de groep. Hier worden jaarlijks miljoenen producten vervaardigd, waaronder een indrukwekkend assortiment. De site telt zo'n 250-260 medewerkers en kent een sterke groeidynamiek, gedreven door stijgende marktvraag.

Jobomschrijving

Senior R&D Manager - Antwerpen - Food

  • Definiëren en uitwerken van de strategische roadmap voor productinnovatie binnen de spreads-categorie
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van nieuwe productlanceringen van concept tot commercialisatie
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het R&D-team van productontwikkelaars
  • Implementeren en bewaken van corporate R&D-processen en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders zoals productie, kwaliteit en marketing
  • Opbouwen van een extern netwerk (leveranciers, partners, onderzoeksinstellingen)
  • Analyseren van resultaten en formuleren van optimalisaties op basis van KPI's
  • Bewaken van voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen (o.a. HACCP)
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering in productontwikkeling en processen
  • Je rapporteert aan de R&D Director.

Senior R&D Manager - Antwerpen - Food

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen R&D, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol
  • Grondige kennis van voedselveiligheid en HACCP
  • Sterke people management skills en coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Analytisch sterk en data-gedreven in besluitvorming
  • Resultaatgericht, georganiseerd en sterk in projectmanagement
  • Teamplayer met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels
