Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van complexe R&D-projecten binnen de wereld van high-tech en medical devices. - Je geeft leiding aan multidisciplinaire projectteams met specialisten in hardware, software, elektronica, mechanica en systems engineering. - Je stuurt de ontwikkeling van nieuwe elektronische producten en medical devices aan, van conceptfase tot en met industrialisatie. - Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en technische voortgang en zorgt dat projecten volgens afspraak worden opgeleverd. - Je coördineert verificatie-, validatie- en testactiviteiten binnen een gereguleerde ontwikkelomgeving. - Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing en Supply Chain voor een succesvolle productintroductie. - Je signaleert risico's vroegtijdig en neemt passende maatregelen om de voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten te waarborgen.
