Senior R&D Specialist | Voedingsindustrie

Introductie

Voor een internationaal actieve en innovatieve organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior R&D Specialist.

In deze R&D-functie krijg je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van nieuwe voedingsproducten. Je begeleidt projecten van het eerste concept tot de uiteindelijke industrialisatie en marktintroductie en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe ontwikkelingen niet alleen innovatief, maar ook kwalitatief, schaalbaar en commercieel haalbaar zijn.

Je combineert jouw wetenschappelijke voedingskennis met een sterke hands-on aanpak en werkt nauw samen met R&D, productie, kwaliteit, supply chain en commerciële teams.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je leidt productontwikkelingsprojecten van het eerste concept tot succesvolle industrialisatie en commercialisatie.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert recepturen, ingrediënten en productieprocessen met aandacht voor kwaliteit, kostprijs en schaalbaarheid.
  • Je vertaalt nieuwe ideeën en marktbehoeften naar technisch haalbare voedingsproducten.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt labo-, pilot- en industriële productietesten en analyseert de resultaten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten succesvol kunnen worden opgeschaald naar een stabiele industriële productie.
  • Je analyseert technische risico's binnen ontwikkelingsprojecten en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen aan concrete oplossingen.
  • Je stelt technische documentatie en productspecificaties op en ondersteunt de voorbereiding van productstalen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, kwaliteit, aankoop, supply chain en commerciële teams om nieuwe producten succesvol te lanceren.
  • Je volgt relevante ontwikkelingen rond ingrediënten, technologieën en productinnovatie binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring coach en begeleid je andere R&D-medewerkers en deel je jouw expertise binnen het team.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Food Science, Voedingstechnologie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen R&D of productontwikkeling in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van receptuurontwikkeling, ingrediënten, productieprocessen en industriële opschaling.
  • Ervaring met aardappelproducten of vergelijkbare industriële voedingsproducten vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met labo-, pilot- en productietesten en weet ontwikkelingen naar industriële productie te vertalen.
  • Je bent sterk in projectmanagement en kan verschillende ontwikkelingsprojecten gelijktijdig structureren en opvolgen.
  • Je combineert een wetenschappelijke en analytische aanpak met voldoende pragmatisme om dicht bij de productie te werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch internationaal te reizen.
