As a Senior Recruiter at Jelle, you're responsible for finding, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a wide range of job openings at our clients. You conduct many candidate interviews and are able to quickly get to the heart of the matter when it comes to experience, motivation, availability, and suitability. You work with a variety of target groups and easily switch between candidates with vocational training and professionals with associate's or bachelor's degrees. You tailor your conversation and approach to the candidate you're speaking with. In addition to conducting intake interviews, you'll help develop recruitment strategies and ways to reach candidates more effectively and quickly. You'll work closely with account managers and ensure they have clear and actionable candidate profiles. With your experience, you'll also support less experienced colleagues in recruitment. You'll share your knowledge, help with challenging candidate-related issues, and contribute ideas on how to improve processes and work methods within the team.
