Jouw rol Als Senior Recruiter ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de recruitmentafdeling en speel je een sleutelrol in onze marketing- en employer branding strategie. Je bent operationeel werkzaam met een focus op maketing. Samen met de recruiter bepaal je de wervingsaanpak voor internationale technische professionals, met een sterke focus op Oost- en Zuid-Europa. Je stuurt de recruiter aan, bent de verbindende schakel tussen recruitment en accountmanagement en werkt zelf actief mee in het wervingsproces. Met jouw creativiteit, datainzicht en communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je structureel aan instroom, naamsbekendheid en talentpools. Wat ga je doen? - Actief werven en benaderen van internationale kandidaten voor beide divisies - Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van een internationaal kandidatenbestand - Schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten met een sterke marketingfocus - Opzetten en beheren van recruitment- en employer branding campagnes via o.a.
