In deze rol verbind je niet alleen de juiste mensen aan onze organisatie, maar bouw je ook actief mee aan de verdere professionalisering van recruitment binnen ons familiebedrijf. Royal A-ware is een dynamisch en ondernemend familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het produceren, rijpen, verpakken, opslaan en transporteren van kaas en andere verse foodproducten. In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen kandidaten, hiring managers en onze organisatie. Jij zorgt dat vacatures niet blijven liggen, maar worden ingevuld met de juiste mensen. Je weet wat er nodig is om een vacature succesvol te vervullen en neemt daarin graag de regie. Concreet betekent dat: • Je voert intakegesprekken met hiring managers en weet waar nodig hun verwachtingen bij te stellen; • Je schrijft vacatureteksten die kandidaten aanspreken en overtuigen; • Je vindt, benadert en begeleidt kandidaten van het eerste contact tot en met de aanname; • Je adviseert en daagt managers uit om samen tot de beste selectie te komen; • Je zorgt voor een positieve candidate experience, ook wanneer iemand uiteindelijk geen match is; • Je signaleert waar recruitmentprocessen slimmer, sneller of beter kunnen en vindt het leuk om hier actief mee aan de slag te gaan; • Je werkt actief aan mee aan arbeidsmarktcampagnes • Je denkt mee over en initieert verbeteringen binnen onze recruitmentaanpak.
