Samen kijk je vooruit: welke professionals hebben we nu en straks nodig? - Je stuurt op resultaat en kansen. Met data uit OTYS en je eigen funnel weet je waar je staat, waar kansen liggen en waar je moet bijsturen. - Je kijkt verder dan recruitment. Je denkt mee over hoe we Bender als werkgever sterker en zichtbaarder maken, van vacatureteksten en campagnes tot arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. - Je bent zichtbaar en actief in jouw netwerk. Online, op kantoor in Utrecht en vooral daar waar jouw kandidaten zijn. Dit zijn wij Bender is de detacheerder en opleider in het sociaal domein, de zorg, de kinderopvang en het ruimtelijk domein.
