In jouw rol ben je het eerste gezicht van Advizo en aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en opdrachtgevers. Samen met je collega's draag je zorg voor het uitbreiden van ons netwerk en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van Advizo. Als (Senior) Recruitment Consultant ga je De werkzaamheden van een (Senior) Recruitment Consultant omvatten o.a.: - Je beoordeelt profielen en voert intakegesprekken; - Je benadert potentiële kandidaten (en later mogelijk ook klanten); - Je searcht actief online naar potentiële kandidaten; - Je beoordeelt aan de hand van de intakegesprekken, in welke functie professionals het beste tot hun recht zullen komen; - In het sollicitatieproces begeleid en adviseer je kandidaten. Je verzorgt het hele traject; van sollicitatie tot plaatsing. En ook tijdens de detachering, blijf jij betrokken bij je professional en de organisatie; - Maar daar blijft het niet bij! Jouw functie is afwisselend, je schakelt de hele dag door met collega's en professionals, reageert adequaat op vragen en stelt geschikte kandidaten voor.
