Wat zijn de uitdagingen die jij gaat aangaan? Awel ...

  • Als Team Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen regio binnen een van onze specialisaties. Je leidt en coacht een klein team van 1 à 2 consultants en zorgt ervoor dat ze het beste uit zichzelf halen;
  • Naast je eigen recruitmenttaken, ondersteun en motiveer je je team bij het vinden en matchen van geschikte kandidaten binnen jullie specialisatiegebied;
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met kandidaten en klanten door de behoeften diepgaand te analyseren en zorgt ervoor dat je team hetzelfde doet;
  • Je volgt het selectieproces nauw op en zorgt ervoor dat zowel kandidaten als klanten de beste service krijgen;
  • Je breidt het klantenportfolio in jouw regio uit en onderhoudt bestaande relaties door bedrijfsbezoeken, opvolging en strategisch netwerken;
  • Je bewaakt de teamdoelen en zorgt ervoor dat de targets worden behaald, zonder de menselijke aanpak te verliezen;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de groei van Conessence en brengt ideeën aan om onze processen te verbeteren.

Kun jij elk punt met volle overtuiging afchecken?

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma. Een achtergrond in economische of humane richtingen (Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfsmanagement, Psychologie ...) is een plus;
  • Je hebt ervaring in recruitment, sales of een leidinggevende rol, maar motivatie, drive en people skills zijn minstens even belangrijk;
  • Je kunt je vinden in de woorden Fun, Fire, Focus: Je werkt resultaatgericht, je hebt enorm veel goesting om volop te groeien in je job en beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor;
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke flair voor communicatie en netwerken. Mensen kennen jou als iemand die makkelijk contacten legt en onderhoudt;
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en weet hoe je klanten en kandidaten aan je bindt;
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, ook kan je omgaan met targets.
