Functieomschrijving Bij Hupp IT werk je in een volledig 360° salesrol: je bouwt relaties op met opdrachtgevers, adviseert over wervingsstrategieën en begeleidt kandidaten van eerste contact tot plaatsing. Zo ben je van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle match en werk je écht samen met de organisaties waarvoor je werft. Als Recruitment Consultant werk je in een volledige 360°-rol: je combineert het vinden en begeleiden van IT-professionals met het beheren van partners en het signaleren van commerciële kansen. Jij bent de schakel tussen onze Nederlandse klanten én de kandidaten die jij begeleidt. Recruitmentactiviteiten: - Actief zoeken naar IT-professionals via jobboards, LinkedIn, social media en andere kanalen. - Screenen van kandidaten en voeren van interviews. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een talentenpool met sterke IT-professionals. - Opstellen van overtuigende kandidatenprofielen. - Proactief delen van interessante kandidaten met collega's en klanten. - Toevoegen en onderhouden van kandidaten in het ATS.
