De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je adviseert en begeleidt zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers binnen de vakgebieden expeditie, transport, warehousing, supply chain, ...
  • Jij wordt voor onze key accountklanten het verlengde van hun HR-afdeling en je vertegenwoordigt als een echte ambassadeur de waarden en de knowhow van SQUARE CITY.
  • Je komt terecht in een van onze topdivisies: Team Logistics.
  • Je werkt in de diepte samen met (en soms bij) onze opdrachtgever om hen het allerbeste talent aan te leveren.
  • Je werkt van A tot Z voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille - inhoudelijk, commercieel, operationeel en adviserend.
  • Je weet je als een echte adviseur te gedragen om samen met de HR-afdelingen van onze allergrootste klanten de rekruteringsstrategie permanent op het scherp van de snee te houden.
  • Binnen SQUARE CITY werk je in een rechtstreekse lijn met de Business Manager en het General Management, en je werkt samen met collega's van verschillende interne afdelingen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma.
  • Je kan terugvallen op 2-5 jaar werkervaring, vanuit rekrutering of vanuit een logistieke functie! Heb je bijvoorbeeld enkele jaren ervaring in transport, expeditie of warehousing? Kom dan zeker is langs! 😊
  • Je voelt mensen aan en toetst de juiste competenties af.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op een zeer goed niveau. Andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Je weet bruggen te bouwen en je hebt het aangeboren talent om mensen op één lijn te krijgen.
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers, je houdt van een goed gevulde agenda en bent proactief ingesteld.
