Krijg jij energie van het opbouwen van klantrelaties, het adviseren van organisaties en het succesvol bemiddelen van professionals? Dan is het jouw tijd binnen team Logistiek van Personato. Functieomschrijving De functie Als Senior Recruitment Consultant ben jij ondernemer binnen jouw eigen markt. Je kent de logistieke sector, begrijpt de uitdagingen van opdrachtgevers en weet waar de beste professionals zich bevinden. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op, signaleert commerciële kansen en begeleidt recruitmenttrajecten van A tot Z. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitbouwen van jouw klanten- en kandidatennetwerk; - Het voeren van strategische vacature-intakes; - Het adviseren van klanten over arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en recruitmentvraagstukken; - Het begeleiden van recruitmentprocessen van intake tot plaatsing; - Het uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties en genereren van new business; - Het vertegenwoordigen van Personato tijdens netwerk- en businessactiviteiten. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal een hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in commerciële economie, marketing, communicatie of HR; - Een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid: jij wilt écht weten wat iemand drijft, waar ambities vandaan komen en hoe je daar commercieel op kunt inspelen; - Resultaatgerichtheid: jij werkt graag samen met collega's naar concrete doelen en successen toe; - Een proactieve houding: jij wacht niet af, maar pakt kansen zodra je ze ziet; - Een commerciële mindset en/of werkervaring waarin je hebt laten zien dat je kunt overtuigen en schakelen.
