Als Senior Redacteur bij Tonny Media ben je eigenaar van meerdere podcasts en verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van nieuwe lanceringen - van concept en format tot uitvoering en evaluatie. Je combineert inhoudelijke scherpte met strategisch inzicht, leiderschap en sterke projectmanagementskills om shows te laten groeien en nieuwe producties succesvol de markt op te brengen. Wat ga je doen? - Meerdere podcasts inhoudelijk aansturen: onderwerpen bedenken met makers en hun management, scripts schrijven, regie voeren bij opnames, afleveringen monteren in Premiere Pro (of overdracht aan editors coördineren) en optimaal verspreiden - Bestaande podcasts inhoudelijk aanscherpen en het bereik en de merkidentiteit versterken - Nieuwe podcasts van concept tot lancering begeleiden: format ontwikkelen, pilots voorbereiden, het eerste seizoen opzetten en de lancering evalueren - Projecten en planningen coördineren en overzicht behouden over het volledige maak- en verspreidingsproces - Junior en medior redacteuren begeleiden, kennis delen en het team verder ontwikkelen Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring in media, podcasting, televisie, radio of reclamewereld - Bewezen ervaring met het zelfstandig ontwikkelen en lanceren van nieuwe formats of producties - Sterk gevoel voor storytelling en wat een podcast onderscheidend maakt; scherp inzicht in wat inhoudelijk én op social werkt - Projectmanagementervaring met het bewaken van meerdere planningen, deadlines en belangen - Fijne persoonlijkheid die soepel schakelt tu...
