Werk jij graag samen met anderen, ga je probleemoplossend te werk en werk je graag op een groep met een diversiteit aan cliënten? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou! Waar ga je werken? KWP 103 heeft 12 cliënten, waarvan 2 logees. Op een reguliere dag zijn er 11 cliënten aanwezig op de groep. De cliënten functioneren op laag- tot middenniveau met gedragsproblematiek en zijn in meer of mindere mate afhankelijk van een duidelijke structuur voor de dagelijkse activiteiten. Ook organiseren we groepsactiviteiten zoals fietsen, wandelen en samen films kijken. Naast de begeleiding bij dagelijkse activiteiten bieden wij ook ADL-zorg, waarbij cliënten ondersteuning ontvangen bij persoonlijke verzorging en andere dagelijkse handelingen, passend bij hun behoeften en mogelijkheden. Er zijn over het algemeen drie begeleiders overdag aanwezig en drie a vier in de avond in verband met de zorgbehoefte/zorgvraag van de cliënten. Een aantal cliënten krijgt dagbesteding op de woning. Kwadijkerpark 103 bestaat uit een team met een aantal vaste medewerkers die langer op de woongroep werken, met daaromheen zzp'ers en beginnende collega's. Wij willen ons team uitbouwen met vaste collega's zodat we onze cliënten meer rust kunnen bieden. We zoeken een collega die weet van doorpakken maar op zijn tijd ook van een geintje houdt. Relativeren in ons vak is belangrijk en daar draagt humor zeker aan bij! In ons team vinden we het belangrijk dat je zegt wat je doet, en doet wat je zegt. We begeleiden onze cliënten vanuit de onvoorwaardelijke relatie en laten onze cliënten ervaren dat ze mogen zijn wie ze zijn. We zien het als een meerwaarde als je ervaring hebt met onze doelgroep, maar met de juiste motivatie, reflecterend...
