Functieprofiel Senior Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie - Je beschikt over ruime werkervaring binnen het Sociaal Domein en hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met zowel de Wet Inburgering (NWI2021) als óók de Participatiewet. Je hebt affiniteit met de specifieke doelgroep en je (h)erkent de cultuurverschillen. - Je bent bekend met het werken in een gemeentelijke/ bestuurlijke omgeving. - Je beschikt over werkervaring in de functie van Senior regievoerder of Senior consulent Inburgering. Ook heb je ruime ervaring bij het begeleiden van statushouders naar werk en participatie. - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als Regievoerder of (Participatie) Consulent inburgering bij een gemeente; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met uitvoerende en aansturende werkzaamheden binnen de nieuwe wet Inburgering (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau; Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een salaris conform CAO Gemeente schaal 10, tussen €3.824,- en €5.624,- bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur) - Een functie voor 36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Flexibele werktijden en veel ruimte om j...
