Dit ga jij doen Als Senior Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie werk je bij de gemeente Zwolle binnen het team Inburgering, Participatie en Arbeid (IPA). Dit team richt zich op werk, inburgering en participatie van statushouders. Jij vormt de spil in de uitvoering van de Wet Inburgering 2021 en voert regie over inburgeringstrajecten die maximaal drie jaar duren. Dit ben jij Als Senior Regievoerder Inburgering en Participatie ben jij per 1 november 2026 beschikbaar voor 32 uur per week. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als regievoerder of participatieconsulent inburgering bij een gemeente; - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met uitvoerende en aansturende werkzaamheden binnen de Wet Inburgering (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet, expliciet toegelicht in je werkervaring; - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau; - Aantoonbare werkervaring in het begeleiden en adviseren van andere regievoerders op het gebied van participatie en inburgering bij een gemeente, expliciet toegelicht in je werkervaring; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met Suite en Suwinet; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de sociale kaart van de provincie Overijssel; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - ...
