Wat neem jij mee? - Ruime werkervaring binnen het Sociaal Domein. - Meerdere jaren ervaring met zowel de Wet Inburgering (NWI2021) als de Participatiewet. - Werkervaring in de functie van Senior regievoerder of Senior consulent Inburgering. - Ruime ervaring met het begeleiden van statushouders naar werk en participatie. - Affiniteit met de doelgroep en het (h)erkennen van cultuurverschillen. - Bekendheid met werken in een gemeentelijke/bestuurlijke omgeving. - Je denkt en handelt vanuit mogelijkheden en kansen; je kunt goed luisteren en vragen stellen en weet hoe je contact maakt als je gesprekspartner de taal niet goed beheerst. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Handelen op hbo-niveau. - Ervaring met het computersysteem Suite voor het Sociaal Domein. Eisen: - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als Regievoerder of (Participatie) Consulent inburgering bij een gemeente - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met uitvoerende en aansturende werkzaamheden binnen de nieuwe wet Inburgering (NWI2021) en de Participatiewet, dit is expliciet toegelicht in de werkervaring - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minima...
