Voor de samenwerking tussen Agrifirm en Welkoop zoeken wij een Senior Relatiemanager. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor Welkoop en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken, initiatieven en commerciële kansen succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Als Senior Relatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van de samenwerking met Welkoop. Je houdt overzicht, brengt mensen bij elkaar en zorgt ervoor dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines binnen Agrifirm en met category managers en andere stakeholders bij Welkoop. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Onderhouden en versterken van de relatie met Welkoop; - Signaleren en initiëren van commerciële kansen en verbeteringen; - Zorgen voor een optimaal assortiment op de winkelvloer; - Coördineren van gezamenlijke projecten en initiatieven; - Bewaken van afspraken, acties en voortgang; - Intern de regie houden op de acties van collega's; - Verbinden van interne teams en externe stakeholders; - Managen van verwachtingen en verschillende belangen. Je krijgt de ruimte om vernieuwende ideeën aan te dragen, processen te verbeteren en invloed uit te oefenen op de samenwerking tussen twee sterke merken. In deze rol werk je zelfstandig, maar kun je tegelijkertijd rekenen op betrokken collega's uit diverse teams die actief meedenken en ondersteunen.
