Als Senior Restaurant Manager ben jij hét gezicht van onze twee unieke outlets: Restaurant Vloed en MR. Sato . Jij zorgt dat elke gast zich gezien voelt, vanaf het eerste contact tot het laatste moment. Van der Valk Noordwijk staat voor gastvrijheid met dat bekende warme familiegevoel, maar bij ons gaat het nét een stap verder: zowel in service als in de keuken, waar we op hoog niveau koken. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt onze service- en etiquetterichtlijnen, traint het team en zorgt dagelijks voor een constante kwaliteit op de vloer. Met jouw energie, vakmanschap en aandacht voor detail breng je het team naar een hoger niveau en creëer je een beleving waar gasten graag voor terugkomen. - Je bent dagelijks op de vloer aanwezig en stuurt bij waar nodig om topkwaliteit te garanderen. - Je begeleidt leidinggevenden in gastvrij leiderschap, communicatie en teamontwikkeling. - Je zorgt voor duidelijke processen en uniforme werkwijze die rust en structuur bieden. - Je bewaakt de samenwerking tussen keuken en bediening en communiceert met onze Executive Chef en F&B Manager. - Je traint en coach supervisors en bedienend personeel zodat zij kunnen uitblinken in beide outlets.
