Je adviseert management en stakeholders en borgt een effectieve risk governance. Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Opzetten, onderhouden en verbeteren van het Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, beleid en processen. - Faciliteren van risico-identificatie, -analyse en -evaluatie (workshops, interviews, data-analyse) en vastleggen in een risicoregister. - Ontwikkelen en monitoren van mitigerende maatregelen, inclusief eigenaarschap, deadlines en effectiviteit. - Rapporteren over risicoprofiel, trends en KPI's/KRI's aan directie, MT en governance-organen. - Adviseren over strategische, operationele, financiële, compliance- en IT/third-party risico's. - Afstemmen met Internal Audit , compliance, security en business teams; ondersteunen bij audits en assurance-trajecten. - Bevorderen van risicobewustzijn via training, communicatie en coaching.
