VECOZO groeit en vernieuwt. Onze IT-diensten breiden we steeds verder uit en we zijn een betrouwbare partner in de zorg. Daarvoor zijn scherpe en goed onderbouwde keuzes nodig. Jij speelt hierin een sleutelrol als senior riskmanager. Je voert risicoanalyses uit en begeleidt deze. Je adviseert gevraagd én ongevraagd en rapporteert over risico's aan stuurgroepen, MT, directie en RvC. Je werkt in het GRC-team (Governance, Risk & Compliance) vanuit de tweede lijn. Samen met collega's op het gebied van security, privacy en compliance stem je activiteiten, planning en prioriteiten af. Je hebt brede kennis en ervaring in IT risk management. Je daagt collega's inhoudelijk uit en onderbouwt het tweedelijnsbeeld richting MT en directie. Je schakelt met alle lagen van de organisatie en werkt in multidisciplinaire teams. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor de eerste lijn en werkt nauw samen met relevante disciplines om risico's en beheersmaatregelen actueel te houden. In deze rol zijn sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden belangrijk. Jij helpt ons gecontroleerd én passend groeien naar een hoger niveau van internal control.
