Jij bent dé betrouwbare adviseur voor klanten, de specialist die complexe payrollvraagstukken oplost en de professional die ervoor zorgt dat medewerkers elke maand krijgen waar ze recht op hebben. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen hun klanten zich volledig richten op hun eigen business. Krijg jij energie van een vlekkeloze salarisverwerking, actuele wet- en regelgeving én persoonlijk klantcontact? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Als Senior Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je verwerkt niet alleen salarisadministraties, maar adviseert klanten ook proactief over payroll- en fiscale vraagstukken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige salarisadministratie in Nmbrs. - Het adviseren van klanten over loonheffingen, de Werkkostenregeling (WKR) en andere fiscale regelingen. - Het bewaken van een juiste toepassing van cao's, arbeidsvoorwaarden en pensioenregelingen. - Het beantwoorden van payrollvraagstukken van klanten en medewerkers. - Het signaleren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en het vertalen daarvan naar praktisch advies. - Het onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en het fungeren als hun vaste sparringpartner. - Het bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en kwaliteit van het payrollteam. Wat breng jij mee als Salarisadministrateur? - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de salarisadministratie. - Een PDL-diploma. VPS of de ambitie om deze opleiding te volgen (pré). - Actuele kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom salarisadministratie. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
