Ben jij een ervaren salarisadministrateur die energie krijgt van complexe payrollvraagstukken, veranderende wet- en regelgeving en het verbeteren van processen? Dan krijg je bij Van Rooi de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie in de foodproductie.

In deze senior functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte salarisadministratie. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en Finance en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor payroll binnen de organisatie. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om processen verder te professionaliseren en verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking voor circa 400 medewerkers in meerdere entiteiten en cao’s;

- Je verzorgt loonheffingen, pensioen- en verzekeringsaangiftes en schakelt met externe instanties zoals UWV, Belastingdienst, pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars;

- Je zorgt voor een correcte aansluiting van salaris, pensioen en sociale premies in onze financiële administratie;

- Je signaleert en implementeert wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving;

- Je draagt bij aan de optimale inrichting van payroll in een dynamische en wendbare organisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

- Een afgeronde opleiding in salarisadministratie (PDL/VPS);

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met complexe payrollprocessen;

- Actuele kennis van loonheffingen, arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving;

- Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en houdt overzicht;

- Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en houdt van structuur aanbrengen in een dynamische omgeving.

- Wij werken met AFAS Software (Profit en InSite). Het is fijn als je hier bekend mee bent.

Wat bieden wij jou?

- Een zelfstandige senior rol met veel ruimte voor initiatief en procesverbetering binnen een ambitieus familiebedrijf met korte lijnen;

- Een functie voor 24 tot 32 uur per week, met Helmond als standplaats;

- Een salaris tussen € 4.500 en € 5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en
