Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met complexe cao's, wekelijkse deadlines en veranderende wet- en regelgeving. Dankzij jouw expertise en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat onze processen soepel verlopen en voldoen aan alle wettelijke eisen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief bij te dragen aan procesoptimalisatie en automatiseringsprojecten binnen ons payrollteam. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerken: van mutaties en salarisbetalingen in Mysolution en zorgen voor een correcte toepassing van cao-voorwaarden. - Controleren: van de salarisadministratie op naleving van wet- en regelgeving en signaleren van verbeterpunten. - Analyseren: van rapportages om afwijkingen en risico's in de payroll tijdig te identificeren en op te lossen. - Beantwoorden: van vragen van collega's en flexkrachten over salaris, loonstroken en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Bijdragen: aan procesoptimalisatie en ondersteuning bij audits en interne controles.
