WhatsApp me Dit ga je doen Als Senior Salarisadministrateur ben jij hét inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met salarisadministratie, cao-toepassingen en wet- en regelgeving binnen House of Talents. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige salarisverwerking van onze professionals. Daarbij houd je rekening met verschillende cao's, de VvDN CAO en de toepassing van gelijkwaardige beloning. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je complexe situaties snel te doorgronden en collega's hierin mee te nemen. Naast de operationele werkzaamheden vervul je een belangrijke adviesrol binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt HR, Finance en management bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied van salarisadministratie, arbeidsvoorwaarden en compliance. Je neemt het voortouw in het verbeteren van processen, systemen en werkwijzen. Je analyseert data, signaleert risico's en komt proactief met verbetervoorstellen. Ook begeleid je minder ervaren collega's en draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat de salarisadministratie niet alleen foutloos verloopt, maar ook toekomstbestendig blijft. Dit mag je van ons verwachten Je komt terecht in een professionele en ambitieuze werkomgeving waar jouw kennis en ervaring echt het verschil maken.
