Bij Infin verzorg je zelfstandig salarisadministraties voor MKB-klanten, adviseer je ondernemers over personeels- en verloningsvragen en denk je mee over slimmere processen. Je werkt in een team van zeven salarisprofessionals. De combinatie van klantcontact, zelfstandigheid en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling staat centraal - zonder uren schrijven. Your role In deze functie ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten op het gebied van salarisadministratie en personeelsvraagstukken. Je zorgt dat administraties kloppen, maar kijkt ook vooruit: waar kan het slimmer, duidelijker of efficiënter voor de klant? - Je verzorgt zelfstandig salarisadministraties voor MKB-klanten. - Je adviseert klanten over verloning, pensioen, cao's, aangiften en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Je bent aanspreekpunt voor salaris- en personeelsvragen. - Je signaleert verbeterkansen in processen en vertaalt die naar praktische oplossingen. - Je houdt ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied bij en past die toe in klantadvies. - Je werkt samen met een salaristeam van zeven collega's. - Je bezoekt klanten wanneer dat nodig is; hiervoor zijn poolauto's beschikbaar.
