Voor een gevestigde en groeiende autogroep in de regio zoeken wij een Senior Sales Advisor voor een van hun meest dynamische en betrouwbare merken.

Als Senior Sales Advisor begeleid je klanten door het volledige aankooptraject. Je verkoopt geen auto, je verkoopt een servicebeleving.

  • Expert Advies: Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt deze naar het perfecte model en uitrustingsniveau.
  • Full Service: Je begeleidt het proces van A tot Z: van de eerste configuratie en financieringsvoorstellen tot de feestelijke aflevering.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je bouwt langdurige relaties op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van nieuwe modellen en acties.
  • Ambassadeurschap: Je bent het visitekaartje van het merk, zowel in de showroom als op social media. Je zorgt ervoor dat de showroom en parking er altijd piekfijn bijliggen.
  • Business Development: Je gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële kansen en prospecten om het marktaandeel verder uit te breiden.
  • Administratie: Je beheert offertes, bestellingen en levertermijnen met uiterste precisie.

Profiel

  • Niveau & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als Sales Advisor (bij voorkeur in de automotive of een hoogwaardige commerciële sector).
  • Commerciële Flair: Je bent resultaatgericht, haalt energie uit verkoopdoelen en straalt natuurlijk vertrouwen en maturiteit uit.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Je weet hoe je een "premium" beleving creëert waarbij de klant zich echt koning voelt.
  • Communicatie: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt) en bent sociaal zeer vaardig.
