Als Senior Sales Advisor combineer je uitstekende klantenservice met een actieve rol binnen het winkelmanagement. Je bent een voorbeeld voor het team, helpt mee de commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op professioneel advies en een optimale winkelervaring.

  • Warm en professioneel ontvangen van klanten in de winkel
  • Adviseren van klanten bij het samenstellen van outfits en accessoires
  • Opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties door een persoonlijke aanpak
  • Actief bijdragen aan de omzet- en KPI-doelstellingen van de winkel
  • Opnemen van een voorbeeldfunctie binnen het verkoopsteam
  • Ondersteunen, motiveren en begeleiden van collega's op de winkelvloer
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Toezien op een aantrekkelijke en commerciële winkelpresentatie
  • Mee instaan voor orde, netheid en merchandising in de winkel
  • Verzorgen van een correcte en klantgerichte kassaverwerking
  • Ondersteunen van het managementteam in de dagelijkse winkelwerking
  • Opvolgen van prestaties en bijdragen aan een sterke teamdynamiek
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring binnen retail, fashion of de textielsector
  • Ervaring als Senior Sales Advisor, Assistant Store Manager of gelijkaardige functie is een sterke troef
  • Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en focus op het behalen van KPI's
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van collega's
  • Klantgericht en sterk in het opbouwen van klantenrelaties
  • Passie voor mode, styling en trends
  • Communicatief sterk en positief ingesteld
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, inclusief weekendwerk
  • Resultaatgericht met een hands-on mentaliteit
